Serious Rain that continue at the City of Dar es salaam in Tanzania has caused a serious damage and loss of life where some of people were reported to be lost and death, the Rain has caused floods in some lowland areas like Jangwani and the like, it floods the Roads causing a serious traffic congestion see the picture bellow
