The woman, whose name was not found immediately sitting on the top of the roof of the buildings of the Ministry of Finance and Planning in Dar es Salaam today.
The woman speaking to the crowd but she was not well heard since because there were alot of people listening and looking at her and asking her too many questions
Over time, the ministry workers were laid level and take her down to more questioning what made him go up on the roof of the buildings.
